Here we go… our first post. After a year of procrastination our blog is active. The intention is to maintain a dynamic archive of ideas and inspiration relating to our work. What better image to use in this first post, than the wooden key. After a visit to the apple store looking for a replacement key for the absent #3 on his laptop, Rob was disappointed to learn that individual keys are unavailable, a $200 keyboard would be the only solution. Not so, why waste a perfectly good set of keys when all you need is a “3″ After fashioning a handsome new #3 from a piece of walnut in the workshop, the laptop has resumed it’s numerical entry capabilities, with distinguishing character.
